Bu koşulların Türkçesi: Kullanım Koşulları.
1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of the Peekly mobile app (the "App") offered by Nimbolic Ltd ("Nimbolic", "we"). By installing or using the App you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.
2. The service
Peekly is a tool that opens, filters, summarizes and exports Excel (.xlsx, .xls, .xlsm) and text-based (.csv, .tsv) tables on a mobile device. The App runs on the device; table contents are not sent to Nimbolic's servers. The App is not a spreadsheet editor and does not modify the source file.
3. Licence
Nimbolic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to use the App, in accordance with these terms, for personal or business purposes on devices you own or control. The App is licensed to you, not sold.
4. Subscription policy
4.1 Plans and price
A Peekly subscription is offered monthly or yearly; both plans unlock the same features. Payment is charged to your Google Play or App Store account when you confirm. Tax may be added depending on your country; the amount shown at checkout is what applies. Prices are shown in the store by country and currency; no fixed price is written inside the App.
4.2 Free trial
If a plan includes a free trial, its length is stated clearly on the payment screen and inside the App. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. If you do not cancel, the plan you chose is charged when the trial ends. A free trial is offered once per store account.
4.3 Automatic renewal
The subscription renews automatically at the end of the period you chose, at the same price. To stop renewal you must cancel before the period ends; Google Play and the App Store require cancellation at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
4.4 Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation is done from your store account, not from the App:
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Peekly.
- iOS: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Peekly.
"Manage subscription" in the App menu takes you straight to this screen. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
4.5 After cancellation
When you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you paid for; there is no automatic refund for the remaining time. When the period ends, paid features close; the saved filters and files on your device stay where they are.
4.6 Refunds
Because the store takes the payment, refund requests are reviewed by Google or Apple under their own refund rules. Nimbolic has no access to the payment and cannot process a refund itself. Submit your request through Google Play or the App Store; if you need help, follow the steps on the support page. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
4.7 Price changes
If the price changes, the store informs you before the next renewal; the new price applies only with your consent or after the notice period, according to the store's rules. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the renewal.
4.8 Billing problems
If a renewal payment fails, the store may grant a grace period. The App notifies you; unless you update your payment method, the subscription ends when the grace period expires.
5. Your files
All rights in, and responsibility for, the files you open in the App and their contents remain yours. You confirm that you are entitled to open, filter and share a file. Peekly never writes to the source file; backing up important data is nevertheless your responsibility.
Tables, summaries and filter layouts you export or share go to the app you choose. What you send to whom is under your control; values selected in a filter layout are included in the share.
Filter and summary results depend on the accuracy of the data in the opened file. The App performs calculations with care; for critical decisions we recommend verifying results against the source file.
6. Restrictions
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, rent or redistribute the App; circumvent subscription checks; or use the App for an unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes third-party rights.
7. Intellectual property
The App, its name, icon, interface and content belong to Nimbolic Ltd and are protected by intellectual property law. These terms grant you no rights in the App other than the licence. Open-source components used in the App are subject to their own licences.
8. Disclaimer of warranty and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nimbolic makes no express or implied warranty that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every file.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nimbolic is not liable for loss of data, loss of profit or indirect damages, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law (for example gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or rights arising from consumer legislation).
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it; you must cancel your subscription separately in the store. Nimbolic may terminate the licence if you breach these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced inside the App or on this page; the effective date appears at the top. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. As a consumer, you keep the rights granted by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country where you live; residents of Turkey may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
12. Additional terms for Apple devices
If you obtained the App from the App Store: these terms are between you and Nimbolic, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. If the App fails to conform to a warranty in these terms you may notify Apple; Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, and has no other warranty obligation. Nimbolic is responsible for addressing third-party intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Apple's standard end-user licence agreement also applies: apple.com/legal/…/stdeula.
